Inner Space Caverns
We went with some friends to a local cave to see the sights and have some fun. K & T are the perfect complementary to pair to my A & D! The double sets walked through the cave hand in hand! It was awesome! My kids just LOVE the G girls!!! We are so happy to have met them! :)

Catching Clouds
I was supposed to sky diving for my birthday in June and had several reservations throughout the summer all of which were cancelled due to weather. So my friends and I decided with so many cancellations, to make a short notice jump reservation as a nice weather weekend was approaching. Sunday was the day. The weather couldn't have been more beautiful!!! Leading up to the event over the summer, Little Miss A and Mr. D kept asking if I would "catch them a cloud" on my way down. The weather was SO perfect this time, there wasn't a cloud in the sky for me to catch for them. :( They watched as the plane took off, waving as we soared into the sky. I still don't know for sure if they could see me waving back. They kept their eyes on sky waiting for me. :)
Prior to exiting the plane, my jump expert Victor told me that if everything suddenly went black that I needed to open my eyes and that if I was having difficulty breathing it was because I was holding my breath. CUTE!!! This was his 6,582 jump...very experienced...I was in good hands!
To avoid whiplash/neck injury, I was instructed to basically look at the sky when exiting the plane since I was so much taller than my tandem jump coach. So the exit wasn't scary at all.
I thought for sure I'd have that butterfly feeling of going down a super steep roller coaster or something. NOPE. It was just fun!!!! We spun A TON, which was awesome!
Upon opening the chute, I knew exactly when it was coming and was prepared for the sudden jerk and braced myself, so it wasn't bad at all. The gentle float down was AWESOME!!!! Victor, let me grab the toggles and control our direction and spin for a bit. It truly is amazing how much control you have over direction and speed. :)
After I landed and was able to the leave the field, I grabbed my monkeys for big hugs and kisses. No clouds, but they were both so excited to see me. (Mutual feeling for sure!!!)

A Day off with Daddy
We took advantage of a Monday holiday for Independence Day and went exploring. Daddy had heard from friends at work about a cool spring fed pool not far from our house, so we went to check it out.
relaxing
floating
jumping
exploring "tree houses"
finding hidden waterfalls
Krause Springs was amazing!!! Definitely a new Caswell favorite for sure. :)
